A Feasibility Study is Not a Feasibility Study...
This statement is an odd one for people in our line of work to make. Yet we think it captures the point here perfectly. What a client does not need is a boilerplate feasibility study filled with canned analysis. What is needed, and what clients will get from FOCUS Consultants, is the best research and analysis your development dollar can buy. Analysis that is individual, thorough, and professional.

Using a draft copy of the Case, the feasibility study process involves face-to-face interviews with the people who can play a key role in the Capital Campaign, both in leadership and in financial support. It will reveal how ready and committed the constituency is for the Campaign. Upon completion of the interviews and an analysis of donor and prospective donor potential, FOCUS Consultants will prepare and submit a report, which will be used to guide the Capital Campaign.
